Guests at the Grand Hotel Normandy often appreciate the generously sized family rooms featuring large, comfortable beds, with some even including bathrobes and slippers. The swimming pool is a popular amenity, and the hotel's location offers convenient access to Bruges' historic center within a reasonable walk, as well as proximity to Zan Square with its restaurants. While most find it a good value, a few guests have occasionally mentioned that the breakfast can be perceived as somewhat pricey at €20 per person.

outdoor terrace huge bed comfortable bed cold bedroom strange smell limited parking
my room was bigger than my sister's room, this was a nice surprise. i had access to an outdoor terrace, i enjoyed this feature. the bed was huge and comfortable, i slept well.
the bedroom was a bit tired and cold, the heating wasn't working properly. i smelled a strange smell along the corridor on the ground floor, it was off putting.
